Successful dairy farms need leaders who have effective skills with people. The Agricultural Supervisory Leadership (ASL) Certificate Program offered by Cornell University’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences is a great way to learn those skills. Dairy managers, supervisors, and everyone aspiring to learn leadership should take advantage of an exciting scholarship opportunity to help pay for the ASL courses. Six online courses are offered in the ASL Program. Each course is made up of six weeks of instruction on topics aimed at building your leadership and management skills.
